Parc Marin de la Côte Bleue is excited to announce our upcoming coastal cleanup event! We invite you to join us in our efforts to keep our beaches clean and healthy. This event is a great opportunity to give back to the community and make a positive impact on our marine environment. We will provide all the necessary equipment, including gloves, bags, and safety instructions.
The cleanup will focus on removing plastic waste, litter, and other debris from our beaches. Marine debris poses a significant threat to marine life, and by removing it, we can help protect our local ecosystems. We will also be collecting data on the types and amounts of debris we find, which will help us to better understand the sources of pollution and develop effective solutions. It’s a great way to learn about the impact of pollution.
Following the cleanup, we will be hosting a barbecue and celebration to thank our volunteers for their hard work.
